• "Customer" refers to individuals using our site to obtain coach or minibus hire quotes from Partners. Customers must be aged 18 or older.
• "Partners" refers to private hire coach and minibus operators providing transportation services.
• By submitting a quote request, Customers agree to their provided information being shared with selected third-party Partners for quotation purposes.

Our site, 1bus.co.uk, is operated by Faraday Web Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 13228535, with our registered office located in Birmingham, UK.

We act as a data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and manage your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Nature of our services

Our platform enables Customers seeking coach or minibus hire services to connect with Partners offering these services. We do not own, inspect, or verify vehicles listed by Partners. Any photographs or videos shown are provided by Partners, and we cannot confirm their accuracy. Partners are solely responsible for possessing necessary licenses, insurance, and authorizations to operate their vehicles legally.

We are not directly involved in any transactions or bookings between Customers and Partners, except for facilitating the initial quotation and connection. The booking contract is directly between the Customer and the Partner, and Customers should carefully review each Partner's specific terms and conditions.

Use of materials on our site

All copyrights, trademarks, database rights, and intellectual property rights on our site and its content belong to Faraday Web Services Ltd or our Partners and licensors.

You may download or share materials from our site exclusively for personal, non-commercial use related to obtaining services through our site. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any content from our site without prior written consent from Faraday Web Services Ltd.

Unauthorised marketing or promotional activities using our platform are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your access.

Customer safety and responsibility

Customers must exercise caution and good judgment when booking services online. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify directly with Partners any details or arrangements related to their bookings.

Customer claims and disputes

The booking agreement is exclusively between the Customer and the Partner. Faraday Web Services Ltd does not become party to any such contract.

Customers acknowledge that any disputes or claims related to bookings must be directed towards the respective Partner. Faraday Web Services Ltd is not liable for resolving disputes or managing payments made to Partners.

Customers agree to indemnify Faraday Web Services Ltd against any claims, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising from or connected to the use of our site.

Cancellation and refunds

If a Customer needs to cancel a booking, they must manage cancellations directly with the Partner and refer to the Partner’s cancellation policy. Faraday Web Services Ltd holds no responsibility for cancellation charges or refunds.

We advise Customers to review their travel insurance policies as cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may be covered.

Our liability

Faraday Web Services Ltd acts solely as an intermediary service connecting Customers and Partners and does not control the services provided by Partners. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, safety, or quality of services provided by Partners.

• Reliance upon information provided by Partners.
• Failure or omission of Partners to meet contractual obligations.
• Personal loss, injury, or property damage during service delivery.
• Technical disruptions, viruses, or misuse of our platform by third parties.

Our liability is limited strictly to direct losses incurred from using our site, up to the amount of any fees paid to us. We shall not be responsible for indirect losses, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

This limitation does not affect liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Force majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

Validity of Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
